A classical concert organized for the benefit of Amitiés Haiti

“In order to raise money to finance its actions, the association organizes a concert 
every year. This Saturday, October 14, it is a cello quartet that will amaze the ears of 
spectators in Bantigny,” said those in charge. This concert, organized by Amitiés Haïti, 
will be held at the Ferdinand-Segard multipurpose hall, rue d’En-Haut in Bantigny, France. 
The association helps children in Duvivier, a district of Port-au-Prince.

“During our various trips, we saw many children in the streets; They did not go to school
 because their parents did not have the means to finance their education. In addition to 
extreme poverty, we discovered that schools had to be paid for! » Here is what the members 
of the humanitarian association Amitiés Haiti, created in March 2017, explain.

Remember that the association's main actions are school sponsorship, food aid to sponsored 
children and their families. “Our goal is to give children, who are the future of their 
country, a chance to get by,” they recall. They add: “We are currently sponsoring 16 children
 from the age of five and allowing them to complete their studies: two are studying medicine,
 others in auto mechanics, sewing…”
